What are our requirements?
- Active current real estate license
- Have your own vehicle and cell phone
- Dedicated team player & self-motivated individual
- Superior knowledge of real estate transactions with advanced knowledge in selling marketing and negotiating real estate deals is an asset
- Financial and business acumen
- Strong communication skills and the ability to execute presentations
- Understanding of the multi-residential sales industry and current marketplace
- Desire to learn selling techniques both traditional and non-traditional
- Technical proficiency with MS office software (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- A positive winning attitude, an eternal optimist
- Motivated self-starter with drive and passion for success
