At the age of 16, Joe started his own company, King Three Inc., which provided small house repairs and interior painting services. His passion for real estate started at a young age and has only grown in recent years. He is very dedicated to the goals he sets for himself, and his strong work ethics and determination are a great foundation for accomplishing those goals. Joe became a sales representative at Mysak Realty Inc., Brokerage in 2004. His drive to succeed is a fantastic asset to his clients and his associates. Joe has established himself as a growing force in the real estate industry and is always eager to put his skill and determination to work for you. On a personal note, Joe is a soccer enthusiast. After attending the University of Western Ontario, Matt taught for the Toronto Board of Education for 4 years before discovering the opportunities of the real estate industry. Matt obtained his real estate license in 1972 and his Broker’s license in 1976. Matt became a manager and later a co-owner of Cholkan Real Estate which had 23 offices in Southern Ontario. At Cholkan Real Estate, Matt was involved in every aspect of real estate; residential, commercial stores, plazas and of course apartment buildings. Shortly after the sale of the company by Matt and Roman Cholkan, Matt opened his own company, Matt Mysak Inc. Matt is a fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (F.R.I.). He is a past Director of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and is currently the Director of the Ontario Real Estate Exchange (ORX). Matt has been a Certified member of the Industrial, Commercial & Investment Council since 1997. In addition, Matt is also affiliated with the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and the Multiple Dwelling Standards Association (MDSA). Matt’s commitment to updating and continuing education keeps him current and aware of market trends. On a personal note, Matt is happily married to his wife Debbie and they have 4 children. Elizabeth maintains her expertise by regularly updating her certifications and professional qualifications; mastering her indispensable skills in negotiation, mediation and arbitration, real-estate investment planning, multi-residential building sales, applicable finances, mortgages, property law, and real estate appraisal. In 2003 she entered the apartment building industry. Since then, Elizabeth has further demonstrated her unparalleled diligence in the prosperous sector of investment real-estate. She sold millions of dollars in apartment buildings acting for sellers and/or buyers. Tony graduated with a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois, and then spent 4 more years studying architecture at the University of Toronto before obtaining his real estate license and beginning a career under the tutelage of Matt Mysak at Cholkan Real Estate. While at Cholkan, Tony acted as the “in house” instructor for the company’s association with the Canadian Association of Real Estate Investors. Tony has been blissfully married to his wife, Reggie for 36 years, is the father of two rather insane surfing and snowboarding sons and enjoys as much travel as time and money will allow, not to mention the company of a good book and easy hitting tennis partner. The world of Investment Real Estate is a challenge each and every day. Joe Mysak graduated from the University of Western Ontario. He started his real estate career while he was in high school by working for his father as an office administrator. He took a strong interest in the business and focused a majority of his time at University building his knowledge of real estate and investment opportunities.

Elizabeth Kaupe graduated from the University of Lodz, Poland with a Masters degree in Science. She emigrated from Poland in 1981. Shortly after, she began to express her entrepreneurial spirit. Her passion for, and dedication to, the real-estate business became apparent in 1985 when Elizabeth joined Cholkan Real Estate as a registered agent. Her enthusiastic approach and tenacity, as well as her absolute commitment to excellence quickly became apparent – many times in her career she received awards of excellence and professionalism.
